Tasting Comment:

This Junmai is Kyoto’s everyday delicious Sake.

Kyoto’s local Sake rice ‘Kyo no Kagayaki’ and Kyoto’s famous soft water (less mineral contents in water) ‘Fushimimizu’ are used to brew this Sake.

The palate is smooth with a good texture, and soft mouthfeel, with fruity hints of grapes, apples and mango. Also shows some herb and white pepper, fresh nuts and a little bitterness, balanced with a sweet rice character and a clean tight finish.
