This is very Nada area’s classic style – elegant, good dryness and clean structure.

It shows lychee and melon on the nose and has a refreshing acidity and smooth creaminess.

Long finish with fresh fruit sweetness.

Tuna and avocado sushi roll. Thinly sliced Wagyu beef, Biscotti regina.
