Tasting Comment:

Kunizakari Brewery have their own Ume farm located on the Chita peninsula in Aichi prefecture. The warm climate assists grow nice ripe juicy Ume fruit.

100% of their own Ume is used with Ume juice syrup to create this non-alcoholic Ume which tastes like a real Umeshu.

The palate has a velvety smooth texture, with gentle bubbles, and a clean finish.
