Tasting Comment:

100% Hyogo original Sake rice is used. Beautiful balance between aroma, texture and flavour. Very low temperature used during main fermentation, and it makes Sake very aromatic such as apricots. Steamed rice character, umami and acidity lead to clean dry finish.

Food Suggestion:

Grilled pork with soy sauce, roast lamb with pistachio sauce, mashed potato, grilled ocean trout
