Tasting Comment:

‘Wa no Kokoro’ means peace and harmony of mind. This Matcha liqueur has quite a savoury tone.

The base alcohol is Junmai Sake, with local matcha blended into it.

It shows fresh green Matcha on the nose, with umami and rice sweetness from the Sake on the palate which is wonderfully integrated with the tannin from the Matcha and then shows a lovely clean finish.

Ingredients: Japanese Sake, Matcha, Sugar/Antioxidizing agent (Vitamin C)
