Tasting Comment:

Minamo’ means ‘Water’s surface’. Yoshinogawa with their Sake will flow like a river and be close to your life.

‘Sousai’ means ‘fresh’. Very fresh and elegant style Sake.

Tropical sweet fruits like banana and guava on the nose, clean texture with fresh fruitiness and gentle acidity.

Local Sake rice Gohyakumangoku is 100% used. Long clean finish.

Fish cake, chicken karaage, meat sauce pasta, lamb chop and butter flavoured dish.
