Tasting Comment:

Maka is Houraisen’s flagship and very limited edition. Sake rice Yumesansui 100% used and all rice are estate grown. Carefully crafted and it has elegant fruitiness such as peach and apple. Wonderful soft texture, flavour of steamed rice, and clean acidity.

Food Suggestion:

Sashimi, grilled fish, or shell fish. Miso or yuzu flavoured dishes. Carpaccio, light cheese, or vegetable dish.
