Tasting Comment:

This sake has been allowed to mature in tank for 10 years without controlling the temperature allowing sake to experience the seasonal changes. This maturation gives a very complex palate with a warm round and mouth feel. This is very elegant style of ‘Koshu’ (matured sake).

Food Suggestion:

Grilled meats, shell fish and other full flavoured dishes. Also good with chocolate.
