Fukuju’s flagship Daiginjo. Hyogo’s local high quality Yamadanishiki 100% used. Carefully crafted to make this Daiginjo. This is very Nada area’s classic style – elegant, good dryness and clean structure. It shows lychee and melon on the nose and has a refreshing acidity and smooth creaminess. Long finish with fresh fruit sweetness.

Food Suggestion:

Sashimi, Salmon or Trout carpaccio, fresh cheese, grilled seafoods
