Tasting Comment:

Houraisen ‘Gin’ takes its name from the word Ginjo, and means slowly and gently crafted. The nose on this Junmai Daiginjo is extremely fragrant and perfumed. The palate is complex with ripe white peach and a subtle creaminess. The finish is silky, rich and long.

Food Suggestion:

Light cheese, vegetable dish, or fish carpaccio. Steamed shellfish would also work very well.
