Tasting Comment:

Pale straw colour, perfume on nose. Very elegant style Junmai Ginjo. Medium body with vanilla and fruits like strawberry and pear on palate, and soft texture. Lots of layer of flavour and clean dry finish. Very balanced Sake. Good to serve warm.

Food Suggestion:

Sushi and white fish dish would be a good compliment with this sake.
