A take on the Toronto with a Japanese twist.

Ingredients

1½ oz Hombo Shuzo Arawaza Sakurajima Honkaku Shochu

½ oz Rye Whisky 1 bar spoon Fernet Branca

1 bar spoon Simple Syrup

1 dash Peychaud’s Bitters

Instructions

Serve in a goblet style glass Stir, strain and pour up  (no ice)

Garnish with a twist of orange rind.
