A riff on the old Tom Collins with a Shochu based and spiked with ruby red grapefruit liqueur.

 

Ingredients

60ml HOMBO SHUZO Arawaza Sakurajima Honkaku Shochu

20ml Pampelle Ruby Red Grapefruit Aperitif

15ml Maraschino

Soda water

Instructions

Stir, strain, Serve tall and topped with soda water.

Garnish with a lemon wedge and sprig of herb
