This is a three-day intensive course.
For individuals new to the subject, this qualification offers a hands-on introduction to the world of sake, in common with Level 1.
In the Level 2 award in Sake, you’ll explore and gain an understanding of the categories, grades and speciality styles of sake and the key production choices required to make them.
Upon successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
