Ume is a fruit grown in Japan. It has a perfumed character on the nose with hints of marzipan and apricot, and is sweet and tangy with complex flavour. It can be enjoyed with soda water, with ice or frozen. Or you cnan create any kind of beautiful Umeshu cocktail.

Ingredients: Water, Ume, Distilled Alcohol, Sugar, Acidulant, Flavour, Carmel Pigment, Sweetner (Stevia).
