Tasting Comment:

Medium bodied with a clean and warm mouthfeel. It has full flavour with beautiful rice character. The finish is clean and smooth. The rice used for this sake is all grown by contracted local rice farmers. Suitable for all serving chilled or warm temperature.

Food Suggestion:

Sashimi and sushim fresh oyster, white fish and prawn. Fresh cheese and salad.
