Tasting Comment:
This is everyday Sake – sweetness, umami, fruitiness, and mild acidity. Light bodied, crisp, and clean finish. Can be served cold, at room temperature, and warm.
Food Suggestion:
Traditional Sushi and Sashimi, and Tempura. A hot pot or stew dish with warm Josen will be very enjoyable.
