Very simple, like a Japanese version of the ‘Godfather’ Cocktail
Ingredients
30ml MARS Maltage ‘Cosmo’
30ml HOURAISEN Ao Shiso Kaoru Umeshu
Big Rock ice
Shiso Leaf Garnish
Instructions
Serve in a rocks glass with big rock ice
Mix the whisky and the umeshu
Garnish with a shiso leaf
