This drink is a dry and fresh take on a classic Tom-Collins style;
using sake makes it low-ABV and refreshing.
Ingredients
60ml KUNIZAKARI Josen
30ml Mandarin Juice
10ml Lemon Juice
Top Sparkling water
Instructions
Serve in a highball glass with ice
Mix all the juices and Sake, topped with sparkling water.
Garnish with a mandarin slice
