A Japanese inspired take on the Ramos Gin Fizz


2 oz Kunizakari Muroka Umeshu Liqueur
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Cynar
½ oz Heavy Cream
¼ oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
1 Egg White


Serve in a highball glass
Dry shake, wet shake, fine strain, pour up
Garnish the top with a sprinkle of saffron
