Personal data is necessary for examining and awarding WSET qualifications and collecting candidate feedback.
Sample of personal data such as names, date of birth, gender, and contact details including postal address, telephone, and email address, payment card details, also in any case, health or additional information to support reasonable adjustments, special needs, login credentials, individuals’ marketing preference, and exam results.
Students’ personal information may also be transferred to WSET-approved third parties, including course providers, examiners, suppliers (e.g. IT service providers), and regulatory bodies (e.g. Ofqual).
No refund will be issued within 21 days of the course. If the student cancels outside the 21 days, a 70% refund will be given.
A 100% refund will apply if DEJA VU SAKE CO. cancels the course. For the Level 3 Award, the study pack cost ($200) will not be refunded if the study pack has already been sent to the students at the time of cancellation.
If the student does not attend the exam at the scheduled time, there is a re-sit exam fee (inc. GST). If the student is absent for the exam without prior notice, there is also a $20 charge for unused exam materials.
Level 1 & Level 2 -$160
Level 3- Theory only $170, Tasting only $80, Both units $250
There is no charge if the student registers for the course but defers the exam, or is advised of the absence from the exam at the time of registration.
Transfer to another course or application can be made 21+ days before the course start date on payment of a $75 admin fee and the cost of any additional study materials.
The transfer cannot be carried forward to the next financial year.
