A tasty, not-so-sour Japanese liqueur based sour


1½ oz Kunizakari Muroka Umeshu Liqueur
½ oz Gin
1 oz Satsuma Juice
1 barspoon Simple Syrup
2 dashes Lemon Bitters
1 Egg White
Pinch of Citric Acid


Serve in a low glass
Fill glass with ice rocks
Shake, fine strain, pour over rocks, add cherry
Garnish with satsuma slice
