The brewery is located in Ishikawa which is in central Japan and faces the Japan Sea. Ishikawa prefecture is known for its complex sake style.

Full of flavour and complexity balanced by cleansing acidity with hints of goats cheese, yoghurt, yeast and a variety of sweet fruits.

Style: Junmai Daiginjo

Rice Type: Yamadanishiki for Kojimai (Rice used for making Koji) and Kakemai (Rice used for making Sake).

Rice Grown: Hyogo

Rice Polishing Ratio: 45%
