Kunizakari Nigori Umeshu

Kunizakari is located in Handa City, Aichi. Handa City is situated on the Chita peninsula, about 380km south-west of Tokyo.

Umeshu is produced by infusing Ume fruit into Shochu. Fine pureed Ume flesh is added to give more fruitiness and texture, and is also the reason for the subtle cloudiness.
