Houraisen Junmai Daiginjo Kuu

Sekiya Brewery Co Ltd, producing Sake under the brand name Houraisen, was established in the Prefecture of Aichi, about halfway between Tokyo and Osaka.

There is a lovely sweetness, with hints of vanilla, balanced by clean and crisp acidity.

Style: Junmai Daiginjo

Rice Type: Yamadanishiki for Kojimai (Rice used for making Koji) and Yamadanishiki for Kakemai (Rice used for making Sake).

Rice Grown: Hyogo & Tokushima

Rice Polishing Ratio: 45%

Alcohol: 15.5%
