Amanoto’s brewery is located in Akita in the snowy, northern part of Japan and they are the smallest of Akita’s 47 breweries.

A very dry, complex sake with a hint of yeast and floral character on the nose.

Style: Junmai

Rice Type: Ginnosei for Kojimai (Rice used for making Koji). Miyamanishiki for Kakemai (Rice used for making Sake).

Rice Grown: Akita

Rice Polishing Ratio: 60%

Alcohol: 16.5%
