Tsukinokatsura has traditions that have survived for more than 340 years by 14 generations of the MASUDA family.
Tsukinokatsura has been working with local rice farmer to reinvent Kyoto original Sake rice ‘Iwai’ pesticide-free cultivation is used for more than 20 years. Fermented by Kyoto local Sake yeast and matured in bottle for more than one year.
