Sekiya Brewery Co Ltd, producing Sake under the brand name Houraisen, and is located in the Prefecture of Aichi, about halfway between Tokyo and Osaka.
Houraisen ‘Gin’ takes it's name from the word Ginjo, and means slowly and gently crafted. The nose on this Junmai Daiginjo is extremely fragrant and perfumed.
