COLD DRIP CHESTNUT MARTINI

30ml Houraisen Beshi Tokubetsu Junmai
30ml Cold Drip Coffee
15ml Chestnut Liqueur
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
Sugar Syrup

Shake & double strain into glass.
Top with foam.

TOKYO FOG CUTTER

15ml Iwai Whisky
15ml Yoshinogawa Yuzushu
30ml Amanoto Junkara Junmai
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1oml Sugar Syrup
60ml Cloudy Apple Juice
Absinthe flame

Shake & strain into glass.
Top with ice and garnish with mint sprig.

SUMO IN A SIDECAR

45ml Tengumai Junmai Daiginjo
10ml Apricot Brandy
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2-3 dashes Peach Bitters

Shake & double strain into glass.
Garnish with citrus.

 

SAKE MOJITO

60ml Amanoto Junkara Junmai
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Sugar Syrup
Handful Fresh Mint
Soda

Shake all ingredients except soda & strain into glass. Fill glass with ice, garnish with cucumber slice and plump mint sprig and top with soda.

MR MIYAGI MEETS THE MARGARITA

45ml Espolon Blanco Tequila
15ml Yoshinogawa Gensen Umeshu
20ml Agave Syrup
30ml Fresh Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients & strain into glass.
Fill with ice and garnish with half wasabi pea salt rim.
